
I made these sea salt, or if you are fancy"fleur de sel," caramels months ago and completely forget to post about them. I should have right away since these are probably my favorite thing I have made so far. They were seriously delicious and I ate a ton of them, oops. I found the recipe on Vanilla & Lace.
I liked using a candy thermometer, it made me feel like I couldn't screw it up. And I didn't!




These were super time consuming but soso good. I need to make these every week, I am pretty sure of it. I just ordered Jacques Torres' book on Amazon the other day, I am excited to explore chocolate making. Off to make coconut cupcakes for a party tomorrow, tata!
